Located in the majestic backdrop of the Pyrénées, this charming abode sits at an impressive altitude of 420 meters, offering breathtaking panoramic views. Embraced by a sprawling 5000m² garden adorned with magnificent trees, the property boasts a delightful terrace for relaxation and leisure. Perfect for large groups, our family cottage features five cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room spanning an impressive 52m², and three well-appointed bathrooms for ultimate comfort and convenience.

Description for Gite

This gite offers a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher. The spacious lounge features a cozy fireplace, TV, and DVD player. There is also a dining room and an office-library with a sofa bed and twin bed. A toilet is conveniently located on the main floor. Upstairs, you will find five bedrooms, three of which have balconies, as well as two bathrooms and a shower room. Oil central heating is provided for your comfort.

The gite is located near a bakery, and all other shops can be found just 2 km away in Loures-Barousse. The railway station is 6 km away, offering direct access to Paris. Tennis courts are 2 km away, while a golf course is 6 km away. A lake is just 500 m away, and downhill skiing can be enjoyed 30 km away. If you enjoy fishing, the Garonne river is nearby.

Outside the house, you can enjoy the terrace with a barbecue and garden. Children will love the playground area with a swing set and a closed-off area that used to be a tennis court, now perfect for playing Basque pelota. Small bikes are also available for use.

The gite is conveniently located near the road to Spain and a lightly used rail line with only 3 passages per day.

Rates for the gite vary from 550 (low season) to 750 (high season). Weekend stays are also possible.

Directions

To reach your destination, continue on the A64 until you reach exit number 17. Once you have paid the toll at Montréjeau, immediately move into the outer lane and follow the green sign towards Lerida Espagne.

Continue on nationale 125. When you reach Labroquère, proceed straight ahead after the traffic lights and take the first right road leading to Saint Bertrand de Comminges. Our house is the first one on the left, just before the level crossing.
