There is parking available in the yard for one car. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The house is conveniently located near the urban transport network, providing connections to Caen and various resorts along the coast.
There are plenty of leisure activities to enjoy in the surrounding area, such as cycling, walking, fishing, swimming, sailing, tennis, and going to the cinema.
