This charming stone property, once a herdsmans cottage, has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated. It features original beams and offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cottage includes two bedrooms: one double room and one twin room with an additional pull-out bed. There is a convenient shower room with a toilet on the upper floor. On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and an additional toilet. Outside, there is a private garden with a 5.5m x 5.5m pool, which reaches a depth of 1.5m. Pool equipment is provided for your convenience.The cottage is well-equipped with modern amenities, including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, DVD player, CD player, cot, high chair, and barbecue. Household linen, such as bed linens, towels, and tea towels, are also provided. Bed sheets are provided for each bed upon your arrival, regardless of the duration of your stay.
The local area offers various amenities and attractions. Shops, supermarkets, Post Offices, cafés, and restaurants can be found in Pont-Aven or Nevez, which are both 2.5km away. If you enjoy horseback riding or tennis, there are stables and courts just 4km away. Golf enthusiasts will find a course 25km from the cottage. The nearest beaches are 6km away, while the towns of Concarneau and Quimper are 14km and 35km away respectively.

Directions
To get to Rustin, follow these travel directions: Take the exit named "Kerampaou" from the Lorient/Quimper expressway (N165-E60). Continue along this road towards "Pont Aven" once you leave the expressway. Upon reaching the town centre, cross the bridge and proceed straight ahead. You will notice the Post Office on your left. After reaching the top of the hill, make a left turn towards "Le Henan, Kerdruc". At the next crossroads, which features a traditional Breton calvary in the center (known as Kerrun), turn right in the direction of "Nevez". Approximately 800m ahead, you will find the left turn onto the private road leading to Rustin.
