Two underground garages are available for parking, and an alarm system ensures security.The flat consists of two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed with an electrical mechanism and a TV. The second bedroom offers twin beds, one of which is electrical, as well as a baby bed. Additionally, the flat is equipped with various amenities including Freebox, telephone, internet, computer, CD player, TV, DVD player, and ample storage space in the wide cupboards.
The kitchen is separate and includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, oven, microwave, and iron. The bathroom boasts an Italian shower, toilet, and washbasin, while a second separate toilet is available for convenience. Upon request, baby accessories can be provided.
The flat is available for rental during specific time periods. From July 13th to July 27th, the weekly rate is €900. From August 3rd to August 10th, the weekly rate is €1000. From October 5th to October 19th, the weekly rate is €450. A cleaning fee of €30 to €40 applies.

Directions
To travel from Marseilles to Toulon, you should follow the motorway. Once you reach La Ciotat, exit the motorway. Look for the sign that says "centre ville" and continue until you see a sign for the beach. Head towards the beach area. In the middle of the beach, you will find a small, modern, white flat that resembles a boat.
