Our two cottages are completely separate from each other. Suite Pepper can be accessed through an external stone staircase and has its own private terrace measuring 10 sqm, which is shaded by an arbor. The room itself covers an area of 30 sqm and is positioned to allow for a view of the sunset. It is furnished with a 160 cm bed, a seating area, and a small kitchenette that includes 2 hotplates, a refrigerator, a sink, a dishwasher, and an electric barbecue. There is a glass partition separating the bedroom from the bathroom, which features a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a separate toilet.

The Seed room Lin is located in a separate wing of the house and opens up to a charming flower courtyard called Couradou, which is filled with the delightful scent of Mediterranean citrus. This room faces south and consists of two interconnected sections, connected by an internal iron staircase that was crafted by a local artisan. The bedroom is accompanied by a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

This restored 18th-century silk mill is located in the charming hamlet of Chabanne, near Chirols Vals les Bains, Antraigues, and Aubenas. Combining traditional charm with a contemporary touch, this stone house features beautiful chestnut beams, stone windows, and antique furniture, as well as modern elements like polished concrete floors, a metal staircase, and aluminum door frames.

With a total area of 70 m2, this cottage comfortably accommodates up to 5 people in its 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140cm), while the other has twin beds (90 cm). The main floor features a walk-in shower and a lavastone sink, conveniently accessible from both bedrooms.

The cozy living room, with its high ceiling and ample natural light streaming in through the large bay window, offers a perfect space for relaxation. It is equipped with a kitchenette and a living area complete with a flat screen TV. The kitchen, which is open to the living room, is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and dishwasher, providing everything you need for meal preparation.

An iron staircase leads to a mezzanine level with a relaxation area furnished with a single bed (90cm), as well as a private terrace of 40 m2. Enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys, with a panoramic vista of the 3 valleys and the mountains of Tanargue. The outdoor area is furnished with a table, lounge chairs, an electric barbecue, and an old stone sink.

The cottage is conveniently located near several rivers, including the Ardèche, Fontaulière, and Bourges, offering beautiful spots for swimming and fishing.
