The cottage underwent renovations in 2006 and offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen including a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. Additionally, there is a designated dining area. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with varying bed sizes (two with double beds and one with twin beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A washing machine is also available for guests to use. The cottage is heated with electric heating.

Outside, guests can enjoy a terrace with breathtaking views of the Pyrenees, a garden, a sun deck, and a parking space. The living space of the cottage is 90 square meters, with additional outdoor space.

The location offers a plethora of activities for guests to enjoy. On-site, guests can partake in hiking, with the GR86 trail passing by the cottage. Other activities available include horseback riding, fishing, and interacting with horses and donkeys. Within a 2-kilometer radius, guests can access a swimming pool, tennis courts, a lake for boating, fishing, and climbing, as well as a castle, museum, exhibition hall, and market.

Within a 6-kilometer radius, there are further opportunities for hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, mountain biking, and paragliding. For those seeking relaxation, there are thermal baths, a casino, a cinema, skiing facilities, museums, guided tours, caves, an abbey, and Gallo-Roman sites within a 20-kilometer radius.

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. The price includes a 56-kilowatt electricity package, with any additional usage charged at a rate of 0.13 KW. A generous supply of wood is also included in the package.
