Description for Gite

The studio is conveniently located near 50 ski resorts in St Gervais. Situated on the ground floor, you can access the chalet either through the slopes or the pool. The terrace provides direct access to the ski tracks, offering a stunning view of Mont Blanc and St Gervais.

Upon entering the studio, you will find a spacious hallway equipped with a cupboard, clothes hangers, iron, ironing board, and cleaning accessories. This hallway leads to a private cabin separated by a closed curtain, which includes two bunk beds with two drawers containing a double quilt, two single quilts, four throws, and two bedside lamps.

Adjacent to the cabin is a closed bathroom with a bathtub, washbasin, hair dryer, bath and floor mats, and a toilet. Continuing through the studio, you will arrive at a fully-equipped kitchen with dishes, microwave, oven, grill, fridge, coffee machine, raclette and fondue pots - everything you need for cooking.

In the small hallway, there are two solid oak folding beds that can be easily stored during the day, allowing for a spacious passage at night. The kitchen area also features a TV, DVD player, and DIVX player. The living room area includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, as well as a dining area with a large oak table, three oak chairs, and an oak bench. This area overlooks a large bay window and opens onto the terrace furnished with a table and chairs.

The studio, measuring 30 m2, is located on the east side and features a 5 m2 terrace. For storage of your ski equipment, a locked and private room is provided right next to the studio, accessible with the same key. Here, you will find ski lockers, sleds, and a garden table and chairs, all available for our tenants. We kindly ask our tenants to store any bulky items, such as luggage, in this room. Please note that you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, and towels.

Enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in our well-equipped studio, surrounded by the beauty of St Gervais and its ski resorts.
